@happy.days.365: We stopped at this yard because we noticed the grass was over 12 inches high. We have been seeing violation signs pop up all over the city and I gaurantee this one will be in trouble any day now. The home is vacant right now but it looks like it is having some remodeling done. We stopped and talked with the neighbor and he was super kind and interested in what we were doing, he said no one has lived there for about a year but he would let the home owners know what we did the next time they were at the house. This yard has some super over grown edges out into the sidewalk so we started by trimming up around the sides, getting some crispy edges back on this lawn and clearing off the sidewalk so its more usable for the people walking through.
