Are they frfr telling you to get out or they rage baiting lol. I know planet fitness has that alarm thing but to tell you to leave and be rude about it and not just hey please don’t drop the weights is kinda rude rediculous and shows they don’t really care about their customers or the money they spend with them. 😳

… if it’s sooo heavy that you need to drop, you need to go lighter babe. control and form over amount of weight alwaysss safer and feels way better
