 These Fish Tacos with Cilantro Lime Slaw are the perfect dish as we head into warmer weather. They're fresh, light, and take less than 10 minutes in the air fryer. Fresh savory tilapia with a slight kick of heat packed in a corn tortilla, topped with a spicy homemade Cilantro Lime slaw that adds the perfect crunch and a refreshing tangy-lime flavor.
  
 INGREDIENTS
 *Makes 4-5 servings
 
 FISH TACOS
 + 1-2 lbs tilapia
 + 1/2 tsp chili powder
 + 1/2 tsp garlic powder
 + 1/2 tsp onion powder
 + 1/2 tsp cumin
 + 1/4 tsp cayenne
 + 1/4 tsp salt
 
 CILANTRO LIME SLAW
 + 1/4 head red cabbage, shredded
 + 1/4 head green cabbage, shredded
 + 1 serrano pepper, chopped (optional)
 + 1/4 C cilantro, chopped
 + 1 carrot, shredded
 + 1/4 C Greek yogurt
 + 1 lime, juiced
 + 1 TBSP raw & dark maple syrup
 + 1/4 TSP sea salt
 + 1/4 TSP black pepper
 
 TACOS
 + Corn tortilla  + Guacamole + Tilapia
 + Cilantro Lime Slaw
 + Lime juice
 
 DIRECTIONS
 
 + STEP 1: SLAW
 Add the slaw ingredients to a mixing bowl. Mix well and refrigerate for 2-4 hours, or at least 30 minutes.
 
 + STEP 2: FISH
 Chop the fish into large chunks. Season with chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, cayenne, and salt.
 Air fry the fish at 400°F for 6-8 minutes until the fish becomes opaque and flaky.
 
 + STEP 3: BUILD TACOS
