@jennnnaaayy: Jen’s Spag Bol! A staple dinner for most families is spaghetti bolognaise! Here’s how I make mine 😊🍝 Ingredients: 2 x tbspn extra virgin olive oil 1kg beef mince 2 x brown onions diced 2 x tbspn minced garlic 2 x tbspn tomato paste 2 x tbspn beef stock 1 x tbspn dried oregano 1 x tspn mixed herbs 2 x tbspn grated parmesan 1 x 400g can diced tomatoes 1/2 cup water 1 x 500g pack pasta of choice 1 x tbspn diced parsley 1/2 x tspn pepper Garnish: Sprinkle of parsley & parmesan Method: Dice onions, add oil & onions to pan Cook for 3-4 minutes Add minced garlic, cook for a further 2 mins Add in beef mince & brown Add tomato paste & beef stock Stir to combine & simmer Add can of tomatoes & water, stir to combine Add in Parmesan, oregano & pepper Turn down to a simmer Boil & salt water & cook pasta as per packet Drain pasta (keep 1/4 cup pasta day) Add pasta to bolognaise & stir through Serve & garnish with parsley & parmesan Note: between the beef stock & parmesan, I didn’t add any extra salt 😊 #spaghettibolognese #dinner #EasyRecipe #budgetdinner #budgetmeals
