putting the fabric in and embroidery hoop (upside down so the top side of the fabric is in the hoop). will help with tension

Stitch length is N/A as the fabric movement dictates stitch length hence practice to ensure steady length.

My foot hovers abt 5mm above the fabric when presser foot is down. Is that correct? It seems a bit high.

this is great! the one thing I noticed is that you do have to adjust the thread tension to prevent nesting on the bottom

Where can I get THAT darning foot?? I’ve ordered twice from Amazon and the feet don’t work (too long or high) even though the description said it works on Kenmore machines! I’m desperate!
