I played with whipped cream with drops of food coloring with my autistic son at 3. He'd gag at anything mushy. Now he eats noodles+tries new foods! ❤

The doctor recommended treatment for my “picky eating” was - keep offering the same exact leftover food and eventually she’ll eat…😭

My 5yo refuses lots of food. To the point of freaking out/gagging. One time he ate one bit of meatloaf and said it was good but couldn’t stop gagging.
