@thekristianasmith: It's difficult to have a "scholarly" conversation about the Bible if you've never read any books or articles about the Bible. It's even more difficult if you have only read the King James Version of the Bible. The KJV (released in 1611) is missing the last 4 centuries of scholarship. When we all get a chance to see @1946 The Movie, we'll learn the story about how the term "homosexuality" wasn't added to any version of the Bible until 1946. The Bible has been altered thousands of times. And if you can't concede that point, we can't have a scholarly conversation about the Bible.
