Это статья 189, часть 4 Уголовного кодекса Республики Казахстан. Наказание — от 7 до 12 лет лишения свободы. Как это бывает? Руководитель вызывает сотрудника: — Отчёт закрыть надо. Товар ещё не пришёл, но подпиши акт выполненных работ. Логистика подвела, потом всё привезём. Вы сомневаетесь… но подписываете. А потом товар не приходит вовсе. Или приходит не весь, некачественный или совсем другой. В итоге отвечать будете не только руководитель, но и вы. Потому что подпись под актом — это ваша прямая причастность. В худшем случае — обвинение в пособничестве или даже в группе по предварительному сговору. 📌 Совет: — Никогда не подписывайте акт до фактического получения товара. — Если давят — требуйте письменное распоряжение. — Имеете право пожаловаться в вышестоящую инстанцию или в правоохранительные органы. Помните: одна подпись может стоить вам свободы. Требуйте соблюдения закона.
