you don't withdraw the full profit of 10m from any business. you need to reinvest and maintain deposits to manage bank facilities. try more like 4-5m withdrawal per year

$75m X 5% interest is 3.75m PA. 30% tax = 2.6m PA you could probably live on $50k per week. you're buying massive time, freedome and way less stress. but can a $10M business owner enjoy a simpl life?

Also have to factor in that it would take you 10 yrs more work to equal what you make in the sale. So % return can be lower and stay ahead.
