NOT better… if 1500A runs through that conductor, it’ll burn a building down.. I’d rather it break apart and act like a useable link..

We crimp fittings onto fiberglass rod to insulate these conductors. We had to insulate the voltages and current from grounding or coming apart. Look up at the power Co. lines.

1500 amps means nothing without knowing the voltage. 1 watt = 1500 amps * (1/1500) Volts.
