Most smart devices have troubleshooting guides online. All you have to do is google the error code with the make and model. I have to do it often 😂

Ours did this it’s Samsung ours was the shocks it said that same code. We did unplug and plug back and switch the reset botton on back also

it may be the result of the drain hose being blocked or kinked out of shape so water cannot flow through it

In the very bottom there is a Darin hose, you have to unclog the filter and drain it!
