@chefthombateman: AD | I took the amazing Hyundai IONIQ 6 on a field trip quite literally to come up with some delicious food outdoors, sourced directly from the farm shop of my friend Eddie where after some research carried out on my laptop (powered by the Vehicle-to-Load technology of the car) I headed off to grab my ingredients. I then pitched up at the farm the produce came from and lit the BBQ for an amazing Venison Sandwich Lunch, the recipe for which you can find below. The journey was through some winding lanes and the car could not be any more comfortable with the intuitive controls helping navigate some potentially tricky driving conditions. There is also plenty of room for all my gear and ingredients it really made for a great trip out! To make the sandwich you’ll need 1 venison haunch steak Sourdough bread 20g butter 1 tbsp gochujang 1 tbsp soy bean paste White stilton Honey Salt A little oil Rub the venison with oil and salt, cook over hot coals until it reaches a nice rare to medium rare finish brushing with the gochujang and soy bean infused butter then rest well Rub the bread with the butter too and char it on the grill Serve the sandwich with crumbled white stilton and a drizzle of honey #IONIQ6 #ad @Hyundaiuk
