THIS EXERCISE CAN BE DANGEROUS. 🌺🌺As with my other blooper videos, I try to keep things light, but it goes without saying that there is a lesson to be learned by all here. I was in a rush to get a quick session in, and did not secure a collar on the other end of the bar. None of the equipment failed. I FAILED, so please learn from my mistakes. I will be posting a follow up to this video that I hope sets a better example.
