On a late sunday they began to argue which made Angela want to leave the household with their kids. Daniel Luke age ,42 tried to stop Angela age , 40 from leaving and that is when the fighting started. After managing to get into the car with the daughters. Angela took off while her husband, hanging off the front of the car fell off and was driven over. The two girls sitting in the back seat watched him bleed out and soon after die. Daniel's brother described him never quick to anger and that "he must've just snapped". Angela and the two daughters ran to their neighbours for help. She was later interviewed by detectives and subsequently arrested on monday 3 a.m. She was taken to Fairview county jail and charged with aggravated vehicular manslaughter & reckless homicide. She was released on $25K bond but due to the charges she was suspended from her teaching job.
