Had the same reaction, it was itchy and had small bumps. I suggest you see a dermatologist, my dermatologist recommended me to use oatmeal lotion

If your moisturiser contains lanolin you could be having an allergic reaction to it. I had that same problem and it looked the same and was itchy

you might be over moisturizing, or have an allergy to the brand of ink your artist used. but please just speak to your artist and doctor

I just got one and my artist told me that if I used aquaphor it could get bumps. If you use aquaphor you have to use very little and rub it in fully

I got a large tattoo on my shin w lots of colors and this happened to me too. It went away eventually. Took a lil longer to heal tho. Felt like an allergy.
