Choose exercises that target the 2 heads of the biceps and that will challenge you. 2. Maintain proper form, avoid swinging, and focus on full range of motion. 3. Experiment with grip variations to target different parts of the biceps. 4. Focus on feeling the biceps working through the mind-muscle connection. 5. Vary rep ranges for strength and hypertrophy. 6. Gradually increase the resistance over time for progressive overload. 7. Allow for adequate recovery time between workouts (at least 48 hours). 8. Incorporate biceps exercises into a balanced training program that addresses other muscle groups.
