@cookingwithlamees: “Baked caramelized figs with Labna” One of my go to simple warm desserts that i love making are these baked caramelized figs, you just sprinkle some sugar on top and forget about them for 40 min in the oven, the result is some soft, gooey and syrup-bursting figs that are like a party in your mouth when accompanied with fresh Labna, it couldn’t get better than this! To make it (4-6) * 8-10 fresh figs * 1/4 cup sugar * ½ teaspoon lemon zest * 1 tsp lemon squeeze * 1 cup Labna Method: 1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C). 2. Slice the tip of the figs off and place in a baking dish. 3. Sprinkle brown sugar, lemon zest and drizzle lemon juice on top of the figs. 4. Roast for 40 minutes and remove from oven. 5. Prepare a serving dish by spreading the labna on top like you would spread hummus.
