They also have you sign the contract prior to providing it, or the disclosures. You purchase a phone and can’t buy it for 30 days so they get 20cents

there was an issue with the autopay last month & cut service, this month EACH of our 8 lines is being charged a “reconnect” fee of $20 (160 total) 😭
