Get cotton gloves, several pairs so you can use a clean pair each night. Vaseline or aquaphor then glove up! No hand sanitizer or antibacterial soap.

personally I'd get blood work done or see an allergist. could be beyond a winter time thing if lotions aren't helping. some celiac people get this
