One month in. (Of the 75 day personal challenge) The biggest change I’ve made? I’ve cut chocolate out completely. For most people, that probably doesn’t sound like much. But I don’t smoke. I’ve never drunk alcohol. I’ve never taken drugs. So when I’m stressed or want a dopamine hit, my go-to has always been chocolate or sweets. This isn’t about never eating chocolate again. It’s about proving to myself that I don’t need processed food as a coping mechanism. Over the last month, I’ve also made a real effort to fix something I’ve struggled with for years. My sleep. Earlier nights. Earlier mornings. Nothing revolutionary. Just better habits, repeated consistently. The progress photos aren’t there to show you how good I look.. Because the truth is.. my training is focused more around being a fitter athlete, not appearance.. They’re there to show what’s possible when you have a strong enough reason to change, a clear plan, and the discipline to stick to it. 32 days in, my body fat has come down. My weight has dropped. I’m now sitting at 80.10 kg. More importantly… I feel fitter. I have more energy. And at 32, I genuinely feel like I’m in the best shape of my life. What’s surprised me most is that I’m not calorie counting. I’m eating until I’m full. The only difference is that by removing chocolate and junk, I’ve naturally replaced it with foods that nourish me better, foods I probably wouldn’t have chosen before. Me message to you? You don’t need to change everything overnight. Find the one habit that’s holding you back. The one thing that, if you fixed it, would have the biggest impact on your health. Commit to it for the next 75 days. You might be surprised by how much your life changes.
