If a taser is deployed effectively, it will achieve NMI (neuromuscular incapacitation). This is a less lethal weapon not a non-lethal weapon.

If the police pull out the taser is it a policy to give a warning they are going to use it before they do? My thoughts are if you pull it out use it right away. Why? I believe it make the chances of someone trying to take minimum. What do you think?
