@painacademy: Core training doesn’t have to be complicated. Spine mobility training doesn’t have to be complicated. Shoulder rotary stability rehab doesn’t have to be complicated. Give this exercise a try - go slow. Listen to your body. You may need to start out by just doing a few reps on each side and over time working your way up to 3 sets of 12.
