Try rubbing Vicks on the soles of your feet and then putting socks on. I know it sounds crazy, but it does wonders for me

If you have mucus/phlem do pineapple juice as it helped me beat pneumonia faster then stuff they gave me for it and week later it was gone and doctor

2 visits to urgent care and and inhaler. I felt like i could not breathe and i just stopped the i haler and have been using my nebulizer and Mullin and feel SO MUCH BETTER!

Dr told me bronchitis too... zpack did nothing. cough meds are preventing me from peeing myself when I cough, now it's just a few drops.
