I have a combo of ADHD & OCD & the ocd recognizes the chaos so I stress & make lists in fear of forgetting things but put it off till last minute 😅♥️

I made a checklist on my phone to help with forgetting things. Otherwise people assumed I forgot things at their place or hotel all the time.

I take pictures so if I think I've left something I can go through the pictures and see where I left it before I go back and if it's not in the pictures I have it
