What helped my dog has been like this constantly reverse sneezing runny noise noisy breathing he’s on anti inflammatory I’ve been to 2 dif vets and they don’t seem to be bothered much because he’s still eating x

Nebulization and just keep him on the antibiotics. Talk to his DVM about it.

This same exact thing happened to my Frenchie. Get a nebulizer off Amazon, that was the only thing that helped my dog clear his mucus. Did it 3x a day
