The lights in our shed are 0-10v dimmable as standard so I built a controller based on a PLC and a lux sensor in the shed 1/2

I read a journal last year that cows actually reacted better with different lighting levels during the day to mimic dusk & dawn etc.

One of my farms put new led lights up for this exact reason. They are wired to a daylight sensor, so they switch on and off when needed.

Is there done any research on which wavelengths or colour temperature that is most effective? I guess a cool temperature close to daylight is good, but do you need a full spectrum?
