oh my this is so much easier than putting in a button and having to sew it in...I have the poms with the elastic. I will do this going forward!

I don’t permanently attach these Pom poms because they say on the packaging that they are not washable. The yarn I used to make the beanie is.

You can get a button with notches on them just loop the elastic around it. No sewing needed
