@katsaquatics: I spent years hatching out snails, and this is by far the easiest method, plus it has the highest success rate. . All you need is a chunk of styrofoam, and a small plastic container (make sure it is light, and will be able to float with the help of the styrofoam). This creates a humid environment for the eggs, allowing the snails to eventually hatch out and not be encapsulated by dry, hard eggshell. .
