bank does not have to cash a check. They are not a check cashing store for non clients. If he didn’t have required ID to cash they can refuse.

I remember a rep at USAA refused to deposit my 401k withdrawal check. The CEO’s admin asst called me for 2 weeks straight attempting to apologize.

Still don’t understand why people get cheques to deposit from their employer, vast majority of the U.K. it’s a direct deposit, straight to your bank.

BoA did this to two of my employees. I went in and confronted the manager and she called the police on me. I payed off our business credit card and closed our business account the next day!

So why didn’t the bank manager call the police on the owner wanting answers as to why his employee couldn’t cash his pay cheque. If I was him I would take my money somewhere else.
