It is possible for avoidant attachment and anxious attachments to have a successful relationship, but it’s a combined work effort with learning each other’s needs and navigating relational circumstances and environmental shifts. A big step is learning conflict resolution and learning how to listen without judgment, the judgement that leads to resentment.
