if u use water, the fat soluble molecule doesn't disappear, it stays suspended in water and will be deposited on the scalp where ur natural oils will

I just googled it and I’m pretty sure that it’s polar because of the carboxy group and the hydroxide groups. So basically it should be water soluble.
