I usually just do normal tumbledryer but I put a dryer sheet inside the hoodie. I find that it makes it softer in the inside.

what helps me is air drying! shake em out when they come out of the washer so they aren’t as stiff, and use half detergent if they aren’t that dirty

Use a caps worth of white vinegar instead of fabric softener. It does the the job way better+fabric softener degrades clothing way faster
