Pt.3 | My fall bakery menu 🍂 Recipe below 👇🏼  Ingredients:-  Dough  * 7 g fast acting yeast * 180 ml warm whole milk  * 50 g granulated sugar * 60 ml warm water  * ¼ tsp vanilla extract * 1 egg * 1 tsp salt * 55 g unsalted butter, melted * 480 g all-purpose flour * 55 g melted butter (for brushing) Filling * 75 g unsalted butter, room temp * 150 g brown sugar * 50 g granulated sugar * 1 ½ Tbsp ground cinnamon Glaze * 60 g cream cheese, room temp * 15 g unsalted butter, room temp * 150 g powdered sugar * ½ tsp vanilla extract * 3 to 4 Tbsp double cream (adjust for consistency)   Instructions 1. Combine yeast with warm water and a 1 tsp of the sugar. Let sit for 6 mins until foamy. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together warm milk, sugar, egg, vanilla, and melted butter. Stir in yeast mixture, then salt and flour. Mix to form a dough. 3. Knead for 8–10 minutes until elastic. Place in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 to 1½ hours until doubled. 4. Mix butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon into a paste. 5. Roll dough into a rectangle. Spread filling evenly. Roll tightly from the long edge and cut into slices  6. Arrange rolls in a greased baking pan. Cover and rise for 30–45 minutes. 7. Preheat oven to 175°C. Brush rolls with melted butter and bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown. 8.
