I’ve read they are bread to grow fast so the muscle fibers “tear” like stretch marks, making those fibers. Definitely GMO chickens

I have that problem too. I have started buying the organic chicken it’s the only way I’ll eat it. I notice the difference in texture even cooked.

sounds crazy but look up meat glue and it doesn't work so well on the parts that have fat in them. I noticed it with pork the other day. Threw it out
