@becky_bfit: Tuscan chicken 🤤 Ingredients (serves 4): 4 chicken breasts 4 garlic cloves, crushed 1 red onion 100g sun dried tomatoes 150ml chicken stock 200ml single or double cream 50g ish Parmesan 1 bag spinach 1 tbsp paprika 1 tsp onion granules 1 tbsp oregano 1 tsp sugar Salt and pepper to taste Slice everything that needs slicing and simply pop everything into the slow cooker, cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours! You can serve with anything, mashed potatoes, pasta or rice. I served with some rice and roasted vegetables, and top with some Parmesan.
