@caileeeats: christmas desserts are my favorite desserts 🎄🤶🏼🌟💫 recipe deets below! What you’ll need: 1 cup creamy natural peanut butter
1 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup unsweetened dark chocolate chips
2 tsp coconut oil Sea salt Instructions 🌟💫 1. In a large bowl mix together the coconut flour, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla. Mix well until it forms a dough.
2. Grab a plate or baking sheet and cover with parchment paper (optional but this helps for easy cleaning later)
3. Roll the dough into 12 equal sized balls and place on the plate. Place in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes before dipping in the chocolate.
4. To make the chocolate add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave about 2 minutes, making sure to stir every 30 seconds so that the chocolate melts evenly and doesn’t burn!
5. Once the chocolate is fully melted take the peanut butter balls out of the freezer.
6. Place a ball into the chocolate and use a fork to roll in around until it’s fully covered. Pick it up with your fork and let some of the excess chocolate drip off. Place back on the plate and repeat until all are covered in chocolate.
7. Sprinkle with a bit of sea salt on each one and place back in the freezer for at least 30 minutes so that the chocolate can solidify.
8. Once frozen you may enjoy!
*Feel free to store these in the fridge or freezer. I prefer the freezer personally.
