If you rub the testosterone in with your lower arm rather than your hand you don’t waste any when you wash your hands x

I had ran out of my yam cream and was waiting on delivery for about a week anxiety was very high, I was tired and thought I was losing my mind at one point the delivery came and anxiety is better
