For the last annual review I had, I got “meets expectations” and that came with a 23¢ raise….. with inflation that’s literally a pay cut.

This happened to me. In the review I told them to move the work off my plate if it wasn't considered in my review. They moved it.

My boss told me point blank that she wasn’t allowed to give out any “4” ratings, which was why I got all 3s. That’s when I stopped trying.
