This is how I went about it, it was a bit stressful but honestly it was easier than I thought it would be. I crossed 4 borders in total and 3 of them was by land. In all those crossings I was the only African but these countries treat us the same meaning we all needed to get the same visa (except for some) Crossing by land was more intimidating so I always sandwiched myself in between other foreigners so that I wouldn't be confused alone and that always worked since in some places it wasn't clear.
