It has a mild herbal scent that goes away immediately after use. Although, in spite of how much I love the facial wash, unfortunately, I did have some reaction to it. It is still quite harsh for my SENSITIVE skin. I developed tiny bumps and rashes on my face. So I would recommend that you still do a patch test and use at your own risk. Again, I am emphasizing that what works for me might not work for you and vice versa. So yes!
