Draw a tree shape on your paper board and cut it out, repeating three times. 2. Cut slots down the middle of your three tree pieces. One tree should have the slot go halfway up from the bottom, and the other two should go halfway down from the top. 3. Fold the two tree shapes with the top slots at 90-degree angles, then slot together to make a 3D tree. 4. Mix 2 TBSP salt, 2 TBSP water, 2 TBSP bluing, 1 TBSP ammonia, and several drops of green food coloring with a fork to make your crystal mixture. Stir until everything has dissolved. 5. Add green food coloring to the tips of your tree, then place in a shallow dish. 6. Pour your crystal mixture over your tree, then let sit for 24 hours.
