it's a selective comparison. I'd love to see a weekly shop compared. some items cheaper in M&S, but overall? I doubt it.

Its ok when you buy really essential things. Unfortunately rest of the things are way to expensive. M&S isn’t posh shop anymore. Its just over priced

I think the opposite. Cuz their non essentials are more expensive I think twice but in Aldi I chuck everything in and spend more on stuff I don’t need

Aldi quality and portions aren’t great at all. However M&S items that aren’t essential items are where the prices hike. I use Morrisons-best of both!

Fruit & veg was cheaper for me and lasted longer from M&S than Aldi. Aldi rots in a couple of days
