@syaridatulnabilah: Let's make Hanjuku Cheesecake ala Sushi King! 😆 Everytime Hanjuku Cheesecake kat Sushi King lalu lalang depan I, mesti geram je rasa nak ambil satu. Unfortunately, tersangatlah mahal ye 😫 So, I tought myself to make one. Now, I'm obsessed with this! Why cheesecakes are so good?? 😆 Cream cheese are so expensive but I love cheesecake! 🥹 At least homemade desserts are always much much cheaper than fancy cafe and bakery. Most importantly it was fresh from the oven 🤍😆 
Here are the ingredients: 
📍Vanilla Sponge Cake 
1. 2 egg whites
 2. 1 tsp white vinegar 
3. 30g sugar 
4. 2 egg yolks 
5. 1 tsp vanilla essence 
6. 30g cake flour 
7. 30ml fresh milk
 8. 30ml canola oil 
📍Cheesecake Layer 
1. 2 egg whites 
2. 1/2 tsp white vinegar 
3. 60g sugar 
4. 200g cream cheese 
5. 100ml fresh milk 
6. 30g melted unsalted butter
 7. 2 egg yolks 
8. 50g cake flour 
 9. 1 tsp vanilla essence
