hi, i am interested to maintain hair regrowth i have to take it forever? because i was taking spironolactone and using topical minoxidil. result was perfect buy when i stopped taking spironolactone and now i only use minoxidil i lose lots of hair again. what can i do?🥺🥺🥺🥺

It killed my libido bc of the effect on my hormones. My doctor never mentioned this potential side effect.
