It takes 12 hours to drive across the state of Texas. 7 hours from London to Paris. People from other countries never understand how big the US is.

A couple of years 77-78 we had so much snow the postman couldn’t get to the mailboxes. I had to dig them out of 4 feet of snow in southern Indiana
