@reviveafghanistan: Building a Water Well in Afghanistan 💧 P2 In memory of one of our young Afghan sisters in New Zealand who recently passed away, this was arranged by her family and friends in honour of her memory and as a form of ongoing reward (sadaqah jaariya) for her ❤️ Revive Afghanistan NZ has built a water well in an area where water wasn’t available: - The young kids would walk over 20 minutes one way daily to fill containers and take them back home. - It will serve 67 large families, which our survey showed is about 400 individuals in total. - Near a main road where travelers pass through on route to Kabul - Near a Masjid This water well took about 2 months to build and is a Deep (60M) Solar Powered Water Well with a Water Container that can serve 200 people per full fill.
