Make sure to caulk the bottom and top for the rain or else you will find mold and wood rot after like 2 years.

New cedar should be sealed 3-12 weeks later, cedar needs to dry first then seal.

Little tip. Keep the post and base about 3/16th off the concrete and seal the ends, edges, and inside before putting them up (.1)

Should have held the boards up off the concrete a little. Any wood that has direct contact with concrete will eventually rot away
