I grind my teeth at night & wear a mouth guard-I’d rather save my teeth than wear the tape but luckily I don’t have problems with my jawline

try nasal stickers bands to open your nasal passagea and breathe better. a sleep Dr. recommended it to me. can't sleep w/o 😅
