They have everything from meat to seafood, to chocolate and much more, and here is a selection of some of the main MUST TASTE dishes across the country: 🦙 Alpaca - there are many dishes made from alpaca meat, as it is locally reared. These range from alpaca stews, tenderloin with gnocchi and much more! 🍣Fish ceviche - A raw fish or seafood dish marinated in citrus juices, typically lime, and spiced with chili peppers, onions, and cilantro. 🥓Crispy chicharron - gorgeously crispy pork belly - often fried.
