I saw a YouTube did this and on the day she expected it delivered it didn't arrive. She had to go back to the airport and they first said they didn't have it.

Does anybody know if we could forward from a convenience store in Hakone, to a Yamato point or designated area to pick it up? Because we are staying in a Airbnb, & may not be in to receive it
